Ryan grew up on his family potato farm. In 2006 he and his brother Matt bought the farm. It wasn't long after that he came up with the idea of making these delicious chips. In 2009 the first chips rolled off the production line and Ryan and his 2 employees drove around in his Toyota Corolla selling chips to local retailers. Ryan has grown the business to almost 100 employees now and can be found most days in his office working hard and dreaming up future flavours and plans for Covered Bridge.
Matt is the man in charge of farming the perfect crop of dark Russet potatoes that we use at our factory to make our delectable potato chips. He oversees all 500 acres of our potato farm and ensures that proper time and care is given from spring planting to fall harvest.
Brook has been with the company since 2009. During his time here he has done many of the roles, but he definitely has a sweet spot for sales. Brook currently oversees the Sales & Marketing teams along with our Warehouse facility. Not only can he sell chips, but he also makes sure that they get where they are going!
Jennifer joined the team in 2017. She is the head of our accounting department and handles all the company’s finances. In her spare time, she also oversees our Gift Shop that on a normal year hosts over 350 tour buses.
Nick has been selling our chips for since 2015. Nick has formed lasting relationships with his customers and thanks to him and our dedicated sales team you can find our chips across Canada, parts of the USA and many more locations!
Megan joined the team in 2015. She manages our online platforms and speaks daily with our customers. Aside from her marketing duties, she oversees our Product Development Team to create the next great chip flavour!
Shawn walked through our doors in the spring of 2017. After spending an extensive amount of time managing our warehouse, he has slide into a new role of handling our Fleet. We have 13 Trucks and Sales Reps across the Maritimes and he will be working hard to keep our trucks on the road and chips on the shelves!
Allison has been with us since 2020. She can be found at Job Fair’s looking for new recruits or in her office updating policies for our entire staff. She also takes the time to plan all company wide events and works hard to foster a workplace everyone can be excited to be a part of. If you are on the hunt for a job, she is your lady!
Cally has been with the company since 2014. She manages the planning of production to make sure that your favourite chip flavour never runs out. She also does all of the companies purchasing, from film to seasoning, and everything in-between she has us covered.
